I am Karen Weller, the founder of Karen Weller Business Services, and for more than 30 years I’ve supported businesses, industry organisations, local government and community groups through trusted business administration, project management and executive support.
I enjoy bringing order to complexity, building genuine relationships and helping organisations achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether coordinating projects, managing administration or supporting leadership teams, my goal is always the same. To provide dependable, professional support that gives my clients confidence and peace of mind.
My Story
Karen Weller Business Services was established from a simple belief that every organisation deserves reliable, professional support from someone they can trust.
After many years working in business administration and agribusiness, I recognised that regional businesses and organisations often needed experienced support without the commitment of employing another full-time team member.
At the same time, my own family farming business was experiencing the challenges of drought. Starting my business gave me the opportunity to combine my professional skills with flexible work while continuing to support my family and our agricultural community.
What began as business administration has evolved into a trusted partnership with organisations across regional NSW, providing project management, executive assistance and operational support that helps clients achieve lasting results.
